Christian Education & Youth Group

Learning at Bethel

Opportunities to grow in our faith begin with our youngest members, age 6 months, in our Wee Worship Sunday School classroom and continue to preschool/kindergarten, 1st, 2nd & 3rd grade, 4th, 5th, & 6th grades, and our JR/SR High youth who meet in our basement youth room.  We have an adult Sunday School class as well as weekly bible study opportunities.  Sunday School is from 9:15-10:15 every Sunday morning.

We use a Lutheran-based curriculum from Concordia that we have found very successful in teaching our children.  We provide a large group opening with a worship service format which we call our "Power Hour"!

At 9:30 on Sunday mornings, our children's choir meets.  We LOVE to hear our children sing and try to have them sing during the 11:00 service once a month.

If you are in high school, we have a senior high youth group that meets on Sunday evenings at 6:00 pm.  They do a wide range of activities, from helping church members with home projects, to community-based service projects, and have fun activities as well.  We have traveled to many destinations within the United States for mission trips and we have an annual car/bike show that we are proud to say is in its 10th year.  This is a major fundraiser and allows us to do the things we need to for "Making Jesus Known".

"Teach your children how they should live, and they will remember it all their life."  Proverbs 22:6
